Are you open over Christmas and do you have an indoor pool?

Yes, we are open for the whole year. And, we do have indoor pool and hot tub.

If we request a room with a balcony and it's on the 2nd floor will someone help us carry our luggage up to the room as my husband has trouble with stairs

There is also an elevator right beside reception.

Does the inn have an elevator or are all the floors on one level
